Ingredients:
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons walnut oil
1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons culinary lavender
8 lamb chops
sea salt & ground pepper
Instructions:
Whisk together molasses, lemon juice, lime juice , onion, garlic, lavender and 1 teaspoon of walnut oil
Rub chops with the remaining walnut oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper
Place in a single layer in a glass baking dish and pour marinade on, coating both sides
Cover and refridgerate for 1 – 4 hours
Bring meat to room temperature before grilling
Preheat grill to medium
Grill 2-4 minutes on each side or until nicely seared and 140 inside
